Unitec 3 ESD swivel chair Duotec

The Unitec 3 ESD chair by bimos offers an optimal combination of ergonomic design and ESD protection, ideal for work environments that need to prevent electrostatic discharge. This chair is equipped with a Duotec cover and available in various colors: black (9801), blue (9802), red (9803), and gray (9811).
The conductive outer back shell and special gliders ensure compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The chair features a generous seat size of 46 x 47 cm and a height-adjustable backrest of 46 cm, which, along with the seat height adjustment from 55 to 80 cm via a side lever, provides maximum adaptability. The epoxy-coated, flat base five-foot frame made of profiled steel tube contributes to stability and is GS-certified according to DIN 68877.
The maximum load capacity of the chair is 120 kg. The chair comes without armrests, allowing additional freedom of movement. The casters have been replaced with conductive gliders, making the chair ideal for sensitive work areas where no static charge is desired.

Design and material

Unitec has a flat, sturdy five-legged plastic base frame. The color of the base is black for all Unitec models. The chair is optionally equipped with load-dependent braked castors for hard floors or with abrasion-resistant floor glides.
