The ESD glove LEO 200 by EPAglove, produced by DPV, is specifically designed for applications where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. The gloves are made from a textile blend fabric containing 50% nylon and 46% polyester, supplemented by 4% elastic fibers to ensure a seamless and comfortable fit. They are available in gray and cover a wide range of sizes from XS to XXL. The gloves are certified according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offer very good discharge values due to an incorporated antistatic agent. They are not washable, which ensures their durability and performance in controlled environments. The gloves are also nickel-free, making them suitable for users with sensitive skin. They feature cuffs, but without PU fingertips or PU palm interiors, making them ideal for precision work where tactile sensitivity is required. These features make the ESD glove LEO 200 an excellent choice for technical applications in various industrial sectors.
The gloves of the LEO series are ideal for all dry areas in electronics production. The seamlessly finished textile mixed fabric of the gloves is breathable and combines a perfect fit with a comfortable wearing. Due to the knitted antistatic agent the gloves of type LEO have very good dissipation values. The antistatic agent is not resistant to water and cleanser.
