PE foam, dissipative 540x355x6 mm

The PE foam presented here measures 540x355x6 mm and is specifically designed for use in KLT containers sized 600x400 mm. This polyethylene product is characterized by its electrostatic discharge capability and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for applications where electrostatic discharges must be avoided.
The black color of the foam highlights its versatility as insert foam, interlayers, or partition walls for containers, as well as a workstation underlay. The closed-cell structure of the material is corrosion-free and abrasion-resistant, ensuring a long lifespan.
The material density is 46 kg/cm³, and it can be used in a temperature range up to 90 °C. The typical surface resistance varies depending on the surface condition between 10^5 and 10^7 Ohm, with the skin side having a resistance of 10^5 to 10^6 Ohm and the non-skin side showing a resistance of 10^7 to 10^8 Ohm. These characteristics make the foam an optimal solution for technical applications in sensitive environments.
