PP insert customer-specific

The PP insert from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is specifically designed for the orderly and layered storage and transportation of electronic components in transport containers. This product is made from extruded polypropylene and features a hollow chamber profile, which provides high abrasion resistance and a light weight of 600g/m². The standard thickness of the material is 3.0 mm, but other thicknesses are available upon request.
The electrostatic volume conductivity of the insert complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for handling sensitive electronic components. The surface has a resistance of 10^6 Ω and is available in black.
To adapt to specific requirements, the divider walls of the PP insert can be equipped with viewing and handling cut-outs to facilitate the removal of materials. They are also suitable for non-standard containers and can be custom-made to customer specifications in any grid width and divider wall height from 15 mm.
Custom solutions are available for specific applications and requirements. A non-binding offer can be created upon request to optimally adapt the PP insert to your needs.
