The ESD safety shoe LUAN Grey-Red by ELTEN combines high safety standards with a comfortable design. This leather-free safety shoe is made from mesh with recycled material and microfiber, and features a steel toe cap as well as a metal-free penetration guard. The TPU/PU sole provides optimal cushioning and is oil and chemical resistant, antistatic, and slip-resistant according to EN ISO 20345 S1PS SR and DIN EN 61340-5-1.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1PS
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

Steel toe cap

The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
