The VD Pro 1010 ESD safety sandals from Steitz Secura combine high wearing comfort with comprehensive protection. This model is made of ultra-light microfiber and offers excellent breathability due to its extensive ventilation structure. The aluminum toe cap and the SRC-certified TPU Athletic ESD outsole ensure safety in various work environments. The sandal is equipped with a breathable functional lining and a genuine leather insole, which, together with the ERGO-SOFT ESD removable insole, provide optimal comfort.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
SECURA VARIO® System
The SECURA VARIO® system consists of five interchangeable damping modules – can be used in the heel area depending on body weight (from 57 kg to over 105 kg). As an essential component of a cushioning concept that noticeably relieves and protects the joints and the musculoskeletal system, it contributes to the work-life balance, especially during long working days in shoes.
VARIO MULTIFLEX®
A perfect extension of Steitz Secura's exclusive back vitality system for certain shoe configurations is the VARIO MULTIFLEX® technology. A continuously foamed midsole with a special soft bedding provides further effective cushioning properties in the forefoot area. Muscle tension is optimally reduced, load peaks are avoided with every step and forefoot problems are prevented from the outset.
