Discover the ESD AB-7131056 safety shoe by ABEBA, specifically designed for use in environments where electrostatic discharge (ESD) poses a risk. This low-cut shoe combines functionality and comfort with a smooth leather upper and breathable air-mesh textile inserts. The integrated steel toe cap and lining enriched with silver ions provide optimal protection and hygiene.
The anti-slip PU outsole is oil and petrol resistant and meets the requirements of the standards EN ISO 20345 and DIN EN 61340-5-1. Features such as reflective strips for better visibility and a replaceable 'Active Comfort' insole enhance wearing comfort. Available in sizes 35 to 48 and in the color combination black/red, the shoe weighs only 360 g in size 42, making it one of the lightest in its class.
Whether for professional use or for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191, this unisex safety lace-up shoe represents an excellent choice.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.

This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
