Safety shoe PRIMA white

The PRIMA white safety shoe from Jalas, a model from the Green Line series, combines high-quality materials and advanced safety technologies. This ESD-capable safety shoe is made of white microfiber and features a composite plastic toe cap that is metal-free. The shoes are available in sizes 36 to 47 and meet the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S3 SRC, making them particularly suitable for work environments with electronic devices.
The sole is oil-resistant and offers excellent slip resistance due to its SRC classification. For added comfort, the replaceable FX2 Pro insoles are included, which also allow for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. The breathable lining and dual shock absorption from Poron® XRD® enhance wearing comfort. Weighing 570 g in size 42 and with a standard width that fits both narrow and normal sizes, this shoe offers an optimal balance between safety and comfort. The shoe is securely fastened with a lace closure.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.

Safety shoe PRIMA

The PRIMA safety shoes from Jalas combine high-quality materials and advanced safety technologies. This ESD-compatible safety low shoe is made from microfiber and has a plastic toe cap that is metal-free. The shoes comply with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S3 SRC standards, which makes them particularly suitable for working environments with electronic devices.
The sole is oil-resistant and offers excellent slip resistance thanks to its SRC classification. Additional comfort is provided by the replaceable FX2 Pro insoles, which also allow orthopaedic adjustments in accordance with DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259.
