The Lupos Sylvia ESD safety shoe combines advanced technology and comfort for professional use. Made from the durable Putek® PLUS material, this low-cut shoe offers excellent longevity and is 100% vegan. The upper is equipped with an integrated conductive band, which, along with the Infinergy® midsole, ensures optimal energy absorption and return.The aluminum toe cap and the puncture-resistant protection from composite material provide reliable protection for the feet, while the PU outsole with a slight heel adds extra stability and is resistant to oil, acid, and gasoline. The removable Memory Gel ESD insole meets orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259.
The shoe, available in sizes 35-42 and in black with pink accents, meets safety classes S3 and SRC and is certified according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345. The lace-up closure ensures a custom fit, and the slip-resistant (SRC) design provides excellent traction. Ideal for women in technical professions who value safety and comfort.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
