The uvex 1 x-craft ESD safety shoe in black/blue is a highly functional safety product specifically developed for those allergic to chrome. The upper material is made of robust micro velour and the lining is made of breathable mesh, making the shoe particularly comfortable. The size option ranges from 35 to 52, covering a wide range of fits.
The shoes are equipped with a metal-free, plastic-based toe cap and an additional overcap for extra protection. The PU outsole and midsole ensure durability and comfort, while the oil and gasoline resistant and slip-resistant properties ensure safety at the workplace. Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Overcap
The toe cap is usually made of plastic material (e.g. PU or TPU) and is firmly attached to the shoe. It protects the front area of a work shoe from premature wear and thus extends the service life of the safety shoe.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
uvex xenova® system
The high-performance, completely metal-free uvex xenova® system is used to protect the foot in the safety shoe. The protective toe cap fits perfectly and guarantees special comfort when working on the knees and bumping. The flexible, penetration-resistant midsole fits exactly to the insole in its width, does not act as a cold bridge and thus promotes comfort when worn.

Safety shoe uvex 1 x-craft

The ESD safety shoe uvex 1 x-craft is specially designed for people with chrome allergies and offers a wide range of safety features. The upper material is made of micro suede and the inner lining is made of mesh, which offers comfort for both sexes.

The metal-free plastic toe cap and overcap effectively protect the toes, while the elastic laces and quick-release fastener make it easy to put on and take off. The PU outsole and PU midsole provide excellent slip resistance (SR) and are resistant to oil and petrol. The shoe also offers penetration protection thanks to a textile midsole and complies with safety classes S1PL and FO in accordance with the EN ISO 20345 S1PL SR FO and DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards.
The shoes are not only functional, but also fashionable with an appealing design.
