ESD safety shoe Harrison
The ESD safety shoe Harrison by Lemaitre combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort. This model is made from durable microfiber with PUTEK® reinforcement and offers optimal protection in daily work life through its aluminum toe cap and metal-free penetration protection. The breathable 3D mesh lining and the replaceable textile insole ensure a comfortable foot climate, while the PU outsole is oil-, acid-, and petrol-resistant as well as slip-resistant, thus ensuring high slip resistance (SRC).The shoe is available in sizes 35 to 49 and meets the safety classes EN ISO 20345:2011 S3 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1. The UTURN® closure technology allows for quick donning and doffing, and the shoe is suitable for both men and women. Additionally, the shoe is prepared for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191, making it also ideal for special needs. The weight is about 589 g for size 42, which makes the shoe relatively light despite its robust features.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
