ESD safety shoe Ohmex

The ESD safety shoe Ohmex by Lemaitre combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort for technical use. Made from black microfiber upper material, which ensures breathability due to its perforation, this low shoe features an aluminum toe cap and a sporty-flexible tip protection made of TPU. These features enhance durability in kneeling activities and protect against external impacts.
Certified according to EN ISO 20345:2011 S1 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1, the shoe meets all the requirements for ESD safety shoes and additionally offers slip resistance (SRC), metal-free penetration protection, and is resistant to oil, acid, and gasoline. The PU outsole continues to guarantee antistatic properties.
Available in sizes from 36 to 48, the shoe adapts to various foot sizes. The insole is replaceable and suitable for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191. Weighing only 488 g at size 42, the shoe offers lightness and comfort. The lace-up closure ensures a custom fit, ideal for professional use in various work environments.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

Safety shoe Ohmex / Faye

The safety shoes Ohmex / Faye from the Street series by Lemaitre are characterized by their high functionality and safety features. The microfiber upper is perforated, which together with the abrasion-resistant textile lining ensures good ventilation. The aluminum toe cap and the additional sporty-flexible toe protection made of TPU offer optimum protection and increase the durability of the shoe, especially when kneeling and during external impacts.
The PU outsole is oil, acid and petrol resistant, slip-resistant and antistatic in accordance with EN ISO 20345:2011 S1 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1. The insole is replaceable and suitable for orthopaedic adjustments in accordance with DGUV 112-191. The low shoe with lace fastening also offers metal-free penetration protection.
