ESD safety shoe Ringo

The ESD safety shoe Ringo by Lemaitre combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort for professional use. This unisex low shoe in black and green is available in sizes 35 to 49 and is suitable for a variety of work environments. The upper material is made of durable Putek®, which, together with an aluminum toe cap and a metal-free penetration guard, ensures optimal protection.
The certification according to EN ISO 20345:2011 and DIN EN 61340-5-1 confirms its suitability as an ESD safety shoe class S3 SRC, making it oil, acid, and petrol resistant as well as slip-resistant. The PU outsole provides additional slip resistance, and the shoes are antistatic, making them ideal for industrial environments.
The breathable 3D mesh lining and the replaceable textile insole ensure comfort even during long wear periods. The weight of the shoe in size 42 is about 589 g. The shoe is complemented by a practical lace-up closure and the possibility to use orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
