Safety sandal Runner 145 ESD
The Runner 145 ESD safety sandal from Atlas combines advanced protection features with high comfort for professional use. The upper is made of seamlessly woven, 100% textile mesh, which is characterized by its elasticity and breathability. A robust steel toe cap and an XP® metal-free penetration guard offer optimal protection for the feet.The active-X functional lining ensures a comfortable foot climate, while the 3D cushioning system and the option for orthopedic adjustments allow for orthopedic adaptations. The MPU outsole is oil, acid, and gasoline resistant as well as antistatic, making the sandal particularly suitable for work environments with high safety requirements.
The sandal meets the S1P safety class and the EN ISO 20345 standard. It offers slip resistance according to SRC standard and is available in sizes 36 to 48. The lace-up closure allows for individual adjustment, and the insole can be replaced if necessary. This unisex model is suitable for both men and women and supports the use of orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

Especially in everyday work, with high physical stress, temperature-regulating properties are indispensable. The aktiv-X functional lining stands for the highest quality, innovative technology and offers the wearer permanent, active moisture regulation. It does not stain, is skin-friendly, abrasion-resistant and extremely breathable. In addition, it has been tested according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

The high-quality, particularly breathable upper material, the thermoregulating inner lining and the Klima Komfort® insole ensure a unique wearing comfort. The feet are always at a pleasant temperature and feel comfortable even under great physical exertion.
