The GX120 Black S2 ESD safety shoe from Atlas combines advanced protective features with high wearing comfort. This low-cut shoe from the X-life series is available in sizes 35 to 43 and features an attractive black and blue color design. The upper is made of durable waterproof smooth leather, while the activ-X functional lining ensures optimal breathability.
The MPU® Light sole technology offers an oil-, acid-, and gasoline-resistant outsole that is also antistatic and slip-resistant according to EN ISO 20345 S2 SRC. Another feature is the ESD equipment, which qualifies the shoe according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 for electrostatically sensitive areas. The integrated steel toe cap effectively protects against impacts and pressure.
The 3D cushioning system and the option to use orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 support the foot ergonomically and offer additional comfort. The lace-up closure ensures a personalized fit. Ideal for professionals who expect the highest safety standards and comfort.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole. Steel toe cap

The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
3D Cushioning system
The 3D cushioning system from ATLAS® enables noticeably gentle and fatigue-free running. The basis for this outstanding comfort is formed by the three components: Pressure relief. Damping. Dynamics. The perfect interaction of all components prevents back and joint problems and also relieves noticeably sensitive pain and pressure points.

Especially in everyday work, with high physical stress, temperature-regulating properties are indispensable. The aktiv-X functional lining stands for the highest quality, innovative technology and offers the wearer permanent, active moisture regulation. It does not stain, is skin-friendly, abrasion-resistant and extremely breathable. In addition, it has been tested according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
