The Stegwand 100, reinforced by CAB, is designed for use in technically demanding environments. This wall is characterized by its simple and quick assembly, as it is adjusted on profile rails and fixed with screws. The double-walled construction provides exceptional stability and torsional rigidity, which can be further increased by a metal tube if necessary.
The Stegwand allows for secure insertion of circuit boards through funnel-shaped guide grooves, while glued positioning strips with yellow markings ensure precise assembly. Additionally, groove locks prevent damage to components. The Stegwand is stackable, supported by fixing holes and pegs at the outer corners, and the retractable handles facilitate transportation.
For storage and transport of equipped circuit boards, the magazines can be set upright and fit into standard containers. The Stegwand 100 is made of polypropylene, has a width of 100 mm, a height of 20 mm, and a length of 359 mm. It features 32 grooves with a width of 2.8 mm and a depth of 2.0 mm. Its surface resistance is 10^9 Ω and it is volume conductive. The color of the Stegwand is black.
