The CAB Stegwand 100 is specifically designed for use in technical environments where electrical conductivity according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 is required. This wall features holes for the integration of groove locks, which prevent damage to components when inserting circuit boards. The Stegwand is made of black polypropylene, offering a width of 100 mm, a height of 20 mm, and a length of 359 mm. With a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω and volume conductive properties, it is ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas.
The Stegwand also comes equipped with 32 grooves, each 2.8 mm wide and 2.0 mm deep. The grid spacing is 10 mm, allowing for flexible use. Due to its double-walled construction, the wall is extremely stable and resistant to twisting. Additional features such as funnel-shaped guide grooves and adhered positioning strips with yellow markings improve handling and precision when equipping the circuit boards.
Transport and storage are facilitated by a stackable design and recessed carrying handles, which allow for easy handling in standardized containers. This makes the Stegwand 100 an efficient solution for handling and protecting circuit boards in production and storage facilities.
