The Stegwand 180 is a highly functional element for the safe and efficient handling of circuit boards in technical operations. Made from volume-conductive polypropylene, this product offers a width of 180 mm, a height of 21 mm, and a length of 359 mm. Partition 180

Quick and easy installation - The partition walls can be adjusted on the profile rails. Two PCBs are inserted into the outer adjustment grooves. The upper partition wall is pressed against the PCBs and fixed in place with screws.

Stable and torsion-resistant - The partition walls are extremely stable thanks to their double-walled construction. In addition, the partition wall can be reinforced with a metal tube to withstand high mechanical and thermal loads.

Slot lock - Unused guides can be covered by slot locks to prevent damage to components when the PCBs are inserted into the magazine.

Stackable - The magazines can be stacked thanks to fixing holes and pins on the outer corners. Recessed grips on the underside of the partition walls make lifting easier.

Upright storage - Assembled PCBs must be stored horizontally before soldering. The magazines are set upright for this purpose.

Transport container - The magazines can be placed in standardized containers (600 x 400 mm or 400 x 300 mm) for transport. The retractable carrying handles facilitate insertion and removal.

Safe guide
The guide grooves are funnel-shaped at the beginning to ensure safe insertion of the PCBs. Glued-on positioning strips with yellow markings indicate the exact placement position and prevent PCBs from being inserted at an angle by hand.

1. Carrying handles
They facilitate transportation and, above all, allow the PCB holders to be easily removed from transport boxes. They are retractable to save space in height.  

2. Clamp
It can be screwed onto the side of each PCB holder. This is used to clamp accompanying documents such as parts lists and order forms.  

3. Support rail
It is used to support heavy and large PCBs and secures them so that they cannot slip out during transportation. 

4. Profile rail
It is made from an extruded aluminum profile and is supplied in any desired length.  

5. Partition walls
The double-walled partition walls are extremely stable and torsion-resistant thanks to the sandwich structure. 

6. Free space
To ensure that protruding components are not damaged, the support edge is 17 mm above the table surface.
