Partition 180, with holes for groove lock
The Stegwand 180 is an innovative solution for the safe and efficient handling of circuit boards, developed by CAB. This product is characterized by its easy assembly, where the partition walls are adjustable on profile rails and fixed by screws. The robust double-wall construction offers high stability and torsional rigidity, which can be further reinforced by a metal tube if necessary.
To prevent component damage, groove locks are provided to cover unused guides. The magazines are stackable via fixing holes and pins, with recessed grips on the undersides to facilitate lifting. For transport, the magazines can be used in standard-compliant containers, supported by retractable carrying handles.
The Stegwand 180 has a width of 180 mm, a height of 21 mm, and a length of 359 mm. The material polypropylene ensures a volume conductive property with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω. The black color, a groove width of 4.0 mm, and groove depth of 2.5 mm, as well as a total of 32 grooves, round off the technical specifications. Funnel-shaped guide grooves and glued positioning strips ensure precise and secure placement of the circuit boards.
Additional features such as attachable clips for accompanying papers and support rails for supporting heavy circuit boards increase the functionality of this high-quality product.
