Partition 180, with holes for groove lock
The CAB Stegwand 180 is distinguished by its compact size of 359 x 180 x 21 mm and an LP insertion depth of 163 mm. Made from black polypropylene, the product offers high stability and torsional rigidity due to its double-walled sandwich construction. The surface has a resistance of 10^9 Ω and is volume conductive, making the Stegwand ideal for use in electrostatically sensitive environments.
The Stegwand features 32 slots with a width of 4.0 mm and a depth of 2.5 mm, arranged in a 10 mm grid. It is equipped with holes for slot locks to cover unused guides and thus protect the circuit boards from damage. The funnel-shaped guide slots and glued positioning strips with yellow markings facilitate the secure insertion and precise positioning of the circuit boards.
For transportation and storage, the Stegwand is stackable and fits into standard containers. Retractable carrying handles make it easier to insert and remove from the containers. Additional features such as side-mountable clips for accompanying documents and support rails to secure heavy circuit boards enhance the functionality of this product.
