PCB magazine 601.1 PS, partially assembled
The CAB 601.1 PS circuit board magazine, made from heat-resistant polystyrene, offers a robust solution for storing and transporting circuit boards. This partially assembled model allows for flexible adjustment to various circuit board widths from 40 to 250 mm through manual width setting using screw clamping. The polystyrene side walls can withstand temperatures up to 50°C, while the slots can endure temperatures up to 60°C.
The dimensions of the magazine are 355 x 320 x 563 mm (L x W x H) and it weighs 5.6 kg. It is ESD-safe with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω and is conductive in volume, ensuring the safe handling of sensitive electronic components. The guide grooves are funnel-shaped to facilitate precise and secure insertion of the circuit boards. Additionally, positioning strips with yellow markings are attached, which support exact placement and prevent angled insertion by hand.
The transport lock with automatically engaging latches on the front and back protects the circuit boards during transport.
