The PCB magazine 603.1 PS from CAB is designed for technical use and offers flexible customization options for various PCB sizes. The manual width adjustment is done via screw clamps, allowing the movable side walls to be adjusted for PCB widths from 40 to 310 mm.
The partially assembled version of this model allows for individual final assembly by the customer, enabling precise adaptation to specific requirements. With a maximum PCB length of 387 mm and a groove depth of 3 mm, the magazine is particularly versatile.
The magazine is characterized by high temperature resistance of the polystyrene web walls, which can withstand up to 60°C in the slots and up to 50°C in the surroundings. The ESD-safe construction with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω and volume conductive properties ensure the safety of sensitive electronic components during transport and storage.
Stackability and transport locks, supplemented by an automatic locking system, optimize handling and storage in production-related environments. Weighing 6.2 kg and with external dimensions of 400 x 380 x 563 mm, the PCB magazine is robust yet easy to handle.
