The PCB magazine 703.2 PC from CAB is a partially assembled solution that features manual width adjustment via a timing belt. This model is part of the Series 700 and allows quick adaptation to various PCB widths between 40 and 310 mm. The maximum PCB length is 387 mm.
The robust polycarbonate web walls of the magazine are heat resistant up to 130 °C for the slots and up to 80 °C in the environment. The surface resistance specification is 10^9 Ω, ensuring volume-conductive and ESD-safe storage. Weighing 6.5 kg and with dimensions of 400 x 380 x 563 mm (L x W x H), the magazine is stackable and offers efficient space utilization.
Additionally, the magazine features a transport lock, which protects the PCBs during transport through a simple bolt system. The guide grooves are funnel-shaped to facilitate the insertion of PCBs and support precise positioning. The yellow color markings on the positioning strips prevent the boards from being inserted at an angle.
The PCB magazine is compatible with common system sizes and offers a wide variety of types for different requirements.
