The PCB magazine 704.2 PC, presented by CAB, is a highly functional solution for the storage and transport of PCBs. This partially assembled magazine enables quick and precise width adjustment of the PCBs through a manual toothed belt system, which greatly facilitates handling. The polycarbonate web walls offer excellent temperature resistance of up to 130°C for the slots and up to 80°C in the surrounding environment.
The dimensions of the magazine are 460 x 400 x 563 mm (L x W x H), and it can accommodate PCBs with a width of 10 to 330 mm and a maximum length of 447 mm. The weight of the magazine is 8.0 kg. The construction is volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, making it suitable for ESD-sensitive environments.
For additional safety, the magazines are stackable and feature a transport lock that prevents the accidental slipping out of PCBs. The funnel-shaped guide grooves and positioned strips with yellow markings facilitate the correct insertion of the boards. Various standard sizes are available to meet the needs of different applications.
