PCB magazine 708.2 PC, partially assembled
The CAB 708.2 PC circuit board magazine from the Series 700 provides an efficient solution for the storage and transport of circuit boards. It features a manual width adjustment via a timing belt, allowing quick adaptation to various circuit board widths from 10 to 400 mm. The final assembly of the partially assembled set, consisting of base plates and partition walls, is done directly at the customer's site.
The high temperature resistance of the polycarbonate inserts up to 130 °C and the surroundings up to 80 °C makes the magazine particularly suitable for environments where thermal stresses occur. Additionally, the volume conductive materials with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω ensure a safe ESD protection environment. The guide grooves and positioning strips facilitate the precise insertion of the circuit boards, while the transport lock with latch prevents the unintentional falling out of the boards.
With dimensions of 535 x 470 x 570 mm and a weight of 9.2 kg, the magazine is stackable and allows for space-saving storage. Due to its compatibility with common magazine sizes and the ability to operate in reverse for double-sided circuit boards, it offers a flexible and reliable storage solution in technical facilities.
