The CAB 715.2 PC circuit board magazine is designed for technical applications where robustness and flexibility are key. It is a partially assembled model with dimensions of 535 x 380 x 563 mm (L x W x H), allowing for adjustment to various circuit board widths from 10 to 310 mm. The magazine is made from high-temperature-resistant polycarbonate, which withstands insertion temperatures up to 130 °C and ambient temperatures up to 80 °C.
Width adjustment is manually done using a timing belt, with fine adjustment via a deflection roller and a knurled screw to fix the movable side wall. The design includes a funnel-shaped guide groove with glued positioning strips and yellow color markings, ensuring precise placement and preventing the boards from being inserted at an angle. The transport lock with automatically engaging latches on the front and back protects the circuit boards during transport.
Additionally, the magazine is stackable, allowing for space-saving storage. It is ESD-safe and volume-conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω. Weighing 8.3 kg and capable of accommodating circuit boards up to a length of 522 mm, this model provides a robust and reliable solution for handling and storing circuit boards in technically demanding environments.
