The circuit board magazine 716.2 PC from CAB, partially assembled and from the Series 700, offers an efficient and reliable solution for the storage and transport of circuit boards. It is made from high-temperature resistant polycarbonate, which can withstand temperatures up to 130°C in the slots and up to 80°C in the ambient environment. The magazine is designed for circuit boards with a width of 10 to 390 mm and a maximum length of 522 mm.
The width adjustment is done manually with a timing belt, allowing for quick and precise adjustments. Additionally, the magazine is equipped with a transport lock, which is activated by simply sliding the bolt to securely fix the circuit boards. The funnel-shaped guide grooves and positioning strips facilitate the insertion of the boards and prevent them from being inserted at an angle.
With a weight of 9.5 kg and dimensions of 535 x 460 x 563 mm (L x W x H), the magazine is stackable and offers space-saving storage. It is ESD-safe and volume conductive, with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, making it ideal for sensitive electronic components. The Series 700 magazine is also compatible with a variety of standard sizes, thus expanding the possibilities for use in different application areas.
