PCB magazine 717.2 PC, partially assembled
The PCB magazine 717.2 PC by CAB, a partially assembled model of the 700 series, offers an efficient solution for the storage and transportation of PCBs. It features a manual width adjustment via a timing belt, allowing for quick adaptation to various PCB widths from 10 to 460 mm. The magazine's robust polycarbonate dividers are high-temperature resistant up to 130°C for the slots and up to 80°C in the surrounding environment.The dimensions of the magazine are 535 x 530 x 563 mm (L x W x H) and it weighs 9.7 kg. It is volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, making it suitable for ESD-safe environments. Adjustment to the PCB width series 700
The PCB is held between the PCB guides. By pulling the toothed belt you adjust the spacing of the sidewall. The fine adjustment is made with the deflection pulley. Only one knurled screw clamps the toothed belt and secures the movable sidewall.
Safe guidance
The guide slots are funnel-shaped at each end in order to ensure safe insertion of PCBs. The stuck positioning stripes with yellow color markings indicate the exact placement position and prevent that the PCBs are obliquely inserted by hand.
Transport lock
For securing the PCB, safety bars are mounted by default on the front and back of the fixed sidewall. When lifted, the latch is moved outwards and locks in the upper position. The PCBs can be inserted or removed. The guides are locked when they are lifted again.
Stackable
There are four knobs at the top of the magazine used to stack the magazines in a space-saving and safe way.

Perfecting operation
