PCB magazine 802.1 PS
The CAB 802.1 PS circuit board magazine offers an efficient solution for the secure storage and transport of circuit boards. Made from polystyrene, this magazine ensures high durability with a temperature tolerance of 60°C for the slots and 50°C for the surroundings. The dimensions of the magazine are 400 mm in length, 320 mm in width, and 563 mm in height, supporting a variable circuit board width from 10 to 250 mm and can accommodate a maximum circuit board length of 387 mm.
The width adjustment can be done either automatically or manually using a timing belt. A special safety feature is the transport lock with latches on the front and back that lock automatically due to their angled guidance. Additionally, funnel-shaped guide grooves and adhered positioning strips facilitate the correct insertion of the boards.
The magazine is partially assembled, which simplifies shipping and is stackable due to four studs on the top for space-saving storage. Available in various standard sizes, it meets common market requirements and is ESD-safe as well as volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω.
