PCB magazine 802.3 M, fully assembled
The CAB 802.3 M circuit board magazine, made from high heat-resistant metal, offers an optimal solution for handling circuit boards in both automated and manual processes. With external dimensions of 400 x 320 x 563 mm and a variable circuit board width from 40 to 250 mm, it flexibly adapts to different requirements. The maximum circuit board length is 387 mm.Thanks to the automatic or manual width adjustment via timing belt, the magazine is easy to adjust. It is designed for temperatures up to 200°C in the slots and up to 100°C in the surrounding environment, allowing for versatile use. The guide grooves are funnel-shaped to facilitate the safe insertion of the circuit boards, while yellow markings on the positioning strips indicate the exact placement position.
Additionally, the magazine offers high transport security with standard-mounted latches at the front and back and is suitable for automatic operation. It can be stacked practically and safely, as there are four knobs on the top. The magazine is delivered fully assembled, minimizing installation effort and ensuring immediate readiness for use. Weighing 7.2 kg and featuring ESD protection through volume conductive material with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, this magazine is a robust and reliable choice for the storage and transport of circuit boards.

Safe guidance
The guide slots are funnel-shaped at each end in order to ensure safe insertion of PCBs. The stuck positioning stripes with yellow color markings indicate the exact placement position and prevent that the PCBs are obliquely inserted by hand.
Transport lock
For securing the PCB, safety bars are mounted by default on the front and back of the fixed sidewall.
Automatic operation:
When inserting the magazine into the loader, a wedge moves a bar outwards. When removing the magazine, the slot is locked again.
Manual operation:
During the manual operation the bar is moved outwards when lifted and locks in the upper position. When lifted again, the slots are locked.
Stackable
There are four knobs at the top of the magazine used to stack the magazines in a space-saving and safe way.
