The PCB magazine 805.2 PC, manufactured by CAB, is distinguished by its robust polycarbonate construction and high temperature resistance, with slots that can withstand up to 130°C and an ambient temperature of up to 80°C. With dimensions of 535 x 380 x 570 mm (L x W x H), it accommodates PCBs ranging from 10 to 310 mm in width and up to 522 mm in length. The variable width adjustment can be performed either automatically or manually using a timing belt, allowing for precise adjustments.
The partially assembled design of the magazine allows for space-saving shipping. For transport security, latches are standard on both the front and back, which fall into the locking position by their own weight. Additionally, funnel-shaped guide grooves and glued positioning strips with yellow markings ensure accurate and secure placement of the PCBs. The magazines are stackable, enabling efficient storage and are available in various standard sizes that correspond to common magazine sizes on the market.
The magazine is ESD-safe, volume conductive, and has a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω, ensuring safe handling of sensitive electronic components.
