The CAB 805.3 M circuit board magazine is designed for efficient handling of circuit boards in technical environments. It offers a width adjustment that can be done both manually and automatically via a timing belt, allowing for flexible adaptation to various circuit board sizes from 10 to 310 mm in width. The guide slots are funnel-shaped to facilitate the insertion of the circuit boards, and positioning strips with yellow markings ensure correct alignment.
The robust metal side walls and the high temperature resistance of the slots up to 200°C, as well as the surroundings up to 100°C, guarantee reliable use even under demanding conditions. The magazine is stackable, which allows for space-saving storage, and features a transport lock that automatically falls into the locking position due to the weight of the bolt.
The external dimensions of the magazine are 535 x 380 x 570 mm, and it is ESD-safe as well as volume conductive with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω. This fully assembled, versatile magazine meets common industry standards and provides a reliable, user-friendly solution for handling circuit boards.
