The CAB 806.2 PC circuit board magazine is a partially assembled, highly functional solution for the safe storage and transport of circuit boards. It is made from heat-resistant polycarbonate that can withstand temperatures up to 130°C for the slots and 80°C for the surroundings. The dimensions of the magazine are 535 x 460 x 570 mm (L x W x H), and it can accommodate circuit boards with a width of 10 to 390 mm and a maximum length of 522 mm.
The width adjustment of the magazine can be done either automatically or manually using a timing belt, with fine adjustment via a deflection roller and a knurled screw to secure the movable side wall. The funnel-shaped guide grooves and glued positioning strips with yellow markings facilitate precise insertion of the circuit boards and prevent skewed placement.
Additional security during transport is provided by standard latches on the front and back sides, which fall into the locking position by their own weight. The magazine is stackable, allowing for space-saving storage, and is available in various standard sizes that meet common market requirements. It is ESD-safe and offers a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω.
