The circuit board magazine 806.2 PC, manufactured by CAB, features a robust polycarbonate construction and offers flexible application possibilities through manual or automatic width adjustment via timing belt. The partially assembled delivery allows for space-saving transportation, while the final assembly can be conveniently performed by the customer.With dimensions of 535 x 460 x 570 mm (L x W x H) and an adaptability of circuit board width from 10 to 390 mm, as well as a maximum circuit board length of 522 mm, this magazine fits a variety of standard sizes in the market. The slots of this model are resistant to high temperatures up to 130°C, and the ambient temperature can be up to 80°C, enabling use in demanding environments.
Additional safety features include funnel-shaped guide grooves and adhered positioning strips with yellow markings, ensuring precise and secure loading. Standard locks attached to the front and back of the fixed side wall ensure transport security, automatically falling into the locking position due to their angled guidance.
The magazine is stackable, saving space in storage and operation. The volume conductive properties and a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω make it ideal for ESD-safe work environments.
