The PCB Magazine 808.2 PC by CAB is an efficient solution for the safe storage and transportation of printed circuit boards. It is made from high-quality polycarbonate and offers a variable width adjustment that can be done both manually and automatically. The width adjustment is made using a timing belt, with fine tuning enabled by a deflection roller and a knurled screw to secure the movable side panel.
The dimensions of the magazine are 535 x 470 x 570 mm, and it can accommodate PCBs with a width of 10 to 400 mm and a maximum length of 522 mm. The slots are resistant to high temperatures up to 130°C, while the ambient temperature can be up to 80°C. ESD safety is ensured by volume-conductive material with a surface resistance of 10^9 Ω.
For transport security, latches are standard on both the front and back sides, which fall into the locking position by their own weight. The magazines are stackable, allowing for space-saving storage. Additionally, funnel-shaped guide grooves and glued positioning strips with yellow markings facilitate the precise insertion of the PCBs.
