PCB magazine 818.2 PC, partially assembled
The PCB magazine 818.2 PC from CAB is a robust and functional solution for the storage and transport of PCBs. Made from polycarbonate, it offers excellent heat resistance with slots up to 130°C and an ambient temperature tolerance of up to 80°C. The dimensions of the magazine are 535 x 470 x 563 mm (L x W x H), and it can accommodate PCBs with a width of 10 to 400 mm and a maximum length of 522 mm.
The width adjustment is done either automatically or manually using a timing belt, allowing flexible adaptation to various PCB sizes. This partially assembled model is specifically designed for space-saving shipping and can be easily integrated into automatic systems. For manual operation, the magazine has simple handling, where the latch is moved by lifting and locks in the upper position.
The transport lock on the front and back of the fixed side wall ensures secure fixation of the PCBs during transport. Additionally, funnel-shaped guide grooves and glued positioning strips with yellow markings facilitate the precise and tilt-free insertion of the boards. The magazine is stackable, making storage efficient. Available in various standard sizes, it meets common market sizes and meets the requirements of modern manufacturing processes.
