The CORTRONIC shipping box with dimensions of 250x191x38 mm, manufactured by Kolb, offers a reliable solution for the safe shipping of sensitive products. This box is characterized by its electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ (Energy Bag Test) and ensures effective dissipation of electrostatic charges with a surface resistance of 10^7 - 10^8 Ohm.
The box is blue on the inside and outside, features a standard ESD warning print, a type designation, and a recycling symbol, making it not only functional but also environmentally friendly as it is fully recyclable.
Additionally, the box is standardized according to FEFCO-Code 0427 and DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offers high shielding properties through its multi-layer construction of corrugated cardboard and conductive layers. The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.

The CORTRONIC standard shipping boxes offer an optimum solution for the safe and electrostatically protected transportation of products. Matching foam inserts are available under the following link. The shipping boxes have the following common features:

  • Typical surface resistance interior / exterior  RS = 107 - 108  ohm
  • Electrostatic shielding < 10 nJ (Energy Bag Test)
