The CORTRONIC® shipping box, manufactured by Kolb, offers an optimal solution for the safe and environmentally friendly shipping of sensitive electronic components. With internal dimensions of 120 x 80 x 30 mm and the robust Cortronic 7.24 B-flute, the box is specifically designed for electrostatic shielding. The box is flat-laying and features conductive inside and outside surfaces, ensuring a fast discharge time of less than 1 second and effectively shielding electrostatic discharges under 10 nJ.
The surface resistance is between 10^7 and 10^8 Ohms, ensuring high shielding properties. The box is presented in an attractive blue and features a standard print that includes ESD warning notices in three languages (EN/FR/DE), the type designation, and a recycling symbol. This product is not only reusable but also fully recyclable, contributing to the sustainability of your operation. The execution according to Fefco 0427 guarantees high product quality and reliability in the shipping process.
