The CORTRONIC shipping box, manufactured by Kolb, measures 420x220x100 mm and provides an optimal solution for the secure transport of sensitive electronic components. This box is characterized by its conductive properties, with an inner and outer surface that effectively dissipate electrostatic charges. The surface resistance of the inner and outer covers ranges between 10^7 and 10^8 Ohms, making the box a reliable protection against electrostatic discharges.
The box is presented in an appealing blue and features a standard print that includes an ESD warning, type designation, and a recycling symbol. The prints are available in multiple languages (EN/FR/DE), facilitating international use. The CORTRONIC shipping box is standardized according to Fefco 0427 and is made from a Cortronic 7.24 B-flute, enhancing its shielding properties.
In addition to its high functionality, the box is reusable and fully recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly packaging option. The box is delivered flat and is easy to assemble. Optional foam inserts are available, providing additional protection.
