CORTRONIC shipping box E-Prom 100x60x15mm with pin-insertion and napped foam

The CORTRONIC shipping box E-Prom, manufactured by Kolb, is specifically designed for the safe transport of sensitive electronic components. This 100x60x15mm box is equipped with a 6 mm electrically conductive PE foam and a 10 mm thick dimpled foam, ensuring optimal protection. The box features high shielding properties and meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC.
The blue-colored shipping box offers long-lasting color stability and is labeled with an ESD warning print, the type designation, and a recycling symbol. The internal dimensions are 100 mm in length, 60 mm in width, and 15 mm in height, while the external dimensions are slightly larger (length: 104 mm, width: 63 mm, height: 20 mm). The surface resistance of the foam ranges from 10^7 to 10^8 Ω, ensuring conductivity. Please note the minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.

The CORTRONIC E-Prom shipping boxes are specially designed for the safe shipping of sensitive electronic components. These shipping boxes in this product family are optionally available without foam or with electrically conductive plug-in foam (6 mm PE or PU) or with napped foam (10 mm).

They have the following common properties:
