The two-layer bubble wrap from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, offers an efficient protection solution with a width of 400 mm and a roll length of 100 m, resulting in a total coverage of 40 m². This special film is not only amine-free and recyclable, but also dissipative and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for electrostatically sensitive products.
The film is in the color pink and carries the recycling symbol LDPE 4, which highlights its environmental friendliness. With a bubble diameter of 10 mm and a bubble height of 4 mm, it provides reliable protection. The thickness of the film is 0.08 mm. It is not weldable and not resealable, specifying its handling in certain packaging scenarios.
The surface resistance ranges between 10^10 and 10^11 ohms, and the maximum discharge time is 2 seconds, confirming its suitability for protecting electronic components.
