Air bubble film two-layered 600 mm x 100 m

The double-layer bubble wrap from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, offers an efficient protection solution for sensitive electronic components. This special film is 600 mm wide and 100 m long, totaling 60 m² of protective material. It is made from recyclable polyethylene and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it dissipative and conductive.
The pink film has a bubble diameter of 10 mm and a bubble height of 4 mm with a thickness of 0.08 mm. The surface resistance is between 10^10 and 10^11 Ω, and the maximum discharge time is 2 seconds. The inside of the film is smooth, which facilitates packing, while the double-layer structure provides additional protection.
The film is printed with the recycling symbol LDPE 4, highlighting its environmental friendliness. It is amine-free and offers a safe packaging option for a variety of applications, noting that it is neither sealable nor resealable.
