CARBOSTAT air bubble interlayers 550 x 350 mm 0.16 mm

The CARBOSTAT air cushion interlayers, measuring 550 x 350 mm with a thickness of 0.16 mm, are made from a permanently volume-conductive copolymer material, which is constructed in three layers and features a smooth surface on both the exterior and interior. These interlayers are fully recyclable and come in an elegant black color without any print.
The technical specifications include a film thickness of 160 micrometers (μm), a surface resistance and a volume resistance of 10^4 Ω each, which makes them conductive according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The bubbles of the film have a height of 4 mm and a diameter of 10 mm.
With proper storage, the interlayers have an unlimited shelf life, making them an ideal choice for technical applications and ESD-safe packaging.
