Dissipative air bubble film 1200 mm x 100 m three-layered

The three-layer, conductive bubble wrap from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, offers a width of 1200 mm and a roll length of 100 m, totaling 120 m² of protective material. This product is characterized by its ESD protection feature, which complies with the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, and ensures a rapid discharge time of no more than 2 seconds. The surface resistance is between 10^10 and 10^11 Ω, ensuring efficient conductivity.
The film is pink in color and made from recyclable polyethylene. The three-layer structure with smooth outer and inner surfaces, and bubbles with a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 4 mm, provide additional protection for packaged goods. The thickness of the film is 0.1 mm. It should be noted that the film is neither weldable nor resealable.
Printed with the recycling symbol LDPE 4, it is also amine-free and supports sustainable packaging solutions.
