The DRY-SHIELD-JEDEC protection bag measuring 102 x 660 mm is a highly functional shielding and barrier bag, specifically designed to protect against moisture and electrostatic discharge. This bag is made from an effective multilayer material, consisting of nylon, aluminum, and polyethylene, which ensures a defined water vapor permeability of 0.00543 g/m².
The metallized surface provides electrostatic shielding under 10 nJ and EMI shielding over 40 dB, complying with the standards JEDEC-STD-033 C and DIN EN 61340-5-1. The surface and volume resistances range between 10^9 and 10^10 Ω, highlighting its conductivity and protective properties.
Additionally, the bag is vacuum-sealable and weldable, but not resealable. Each bag is marked with standard prints such as ESD identification, moisture symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, and LOT number. The packaging unit includes 100 pieces with a thickness of 0.15 mm.
