DRY-SHIELD protective bag 203 x 254 mm

The DRY-SHIELD protective bag measuring 203 x 254 mm serves as an ESD/EMI shielding bag, offering an effective solution for protecting sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge and electromagnetic interference. The use of innovative multi-layer technology consisting of dissipative polyolefin film and metallized polyester film ensures an excellent barrier against moisture and minimizes the risk of electrostatic charges. With a material thickness of 0.09 mm and a water vapor permeability of 0.155 g/m², the bag is particularly robust and efficient in moisture barrier.
The bag meets the standard MIL-B81705 Type 1 Class 1 and provides electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ and EMI shielding of over 40 dB. These technical characteristics make it a safe choice for the transportation and storage of electronic components. The bags are vacuum-sealable and weldable, but not resealable, which allows for permanent securing of the contents. Each bag is printed with an ESD warning symbol, moisture symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, and a LOT number, supporting clear identification and handling. Packaging unit: 100 pieces.

DRY-SHIELD ESD/EMI Protective bags

DRY-SHIELD ESD/EMI protective bags are non-transparent, moisture-impermeable aluminized barrier bags. They offer excellent protection against moisture and electrostatic charge thanks to a special multilayer of antistatic polyolefin film and metallized polyester film. The bags have the following common properties:

  • heat-sealable
  • vacuum sealable
  • Shielding bag with moisture protection
  • Electrostatic shielding < 10 nJ (energy test)
  • EMI shielding > 40 db
  • Moisture protection through multilayer of dissipative polyolefin film and metallized polyester film 
  • Standard imprint: ESD warning symbol, moisture symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, LOT no. 
  • in compliance with MIL-B81705 Type 1 Class 1
