Dri-Shield® 2000 protective bag 3M-SCS 457 x 457 mm

The 3M-SCS Dri-Shield® 2000 protective bag, measuring 457 x 457 mm, is a highly functional shielding and barrier bag specifically designed to protect against moisture and electrostatic charges. This bag is made from an effective multilayer material that includes dissipative polyethylene and polyester, as well as metallized polyester film, to ensure optimal moisture barrier and electrostatic shielding.
The technical features include electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ and a surface resistance between 10^4 and 10^11 Ohm. The protective bag is also equipped with a water vapor permeability of 0.0543 g/m², making it particularly effective against moisture. It is vacuum sealable, weldable, and meets the standards MIL-PRF-81705 Type 1, EIA 583, ESD S541, EIA 625, and ANSI/ESD S20.20, confirming its suitability for demanding industrial applications.
With a thickness of 0.09 mm and a packaging unit of 100 pieces, this protective bag offers a reliable solution for the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. Note that the bag is not resealable, but its weldability allows for a permanent seal.

The Dri-Shield® 2000 protective bags are moisture-impermeable, metallized barrier bags. They offer excellent protection against moisture and electrostatic charge thanks to a special multilayer made of dissipative polyethylene and polyester as well as metallized polyester film.
