HIGHSHIELD shielding bag 203 x 305 mm

The HIGHSHIELD shielding bags with dimensions of 203 x 305 mm are characterized by effective electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ and comply with the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. These metallized and transparent bags consist of a multi-layer structure that provides high shielding against field induction and allows the least triboelectric charging. The outer layer of dissipative polyester and the inner layer of permanently antistatic, amine-free polyethylene ensure a surface resistance of 10^9 to 10^10 Ohm.
The bags are not resealable, but are weldable and recyclable, making them an environmentally friendly option. With a thickness of 0.077 mm and a packaging unit of 100 pieces, these bags offer controlled dissipation of existing charges without spontaneous discharge. They are particularly suitable for assemblies with batteries and accumulators. The standard print includes the ESD warning symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, and LOT number, ensuring clear labeling.
Overall, the HIGHSHIELD shielding bags are a reliable solution for protecting sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharges.
