Gridded foam dissipative 250x191x20 mm

The grid foam offered here is made from electrostatically dissipative polyurethane and is available in pink. With dimensions of 250 mm in length, 191 mm in width, and a thickness of 20 mm, this foam provides an efficient solution for the safe storage and handling of sensitive electronic components. The 15/15 mm grid perforation allows for flexible adaptation to various component sizes.
The conductivity of the material ensures a discharge capability according to the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, which guarantees protection against electrostatic discharges. The foam can be used in a temperature range from -10 to 100 °C, with a self-ignition temperature of 400 °C and a decomposition temperature of 180 °C. With proper storage, the grid foam has a durability of up to 2 years.

This gridded foam is electrostatically dissipative. It has a 15x15 mm grid punching, which enables flexible adaptation to different component sizes. The raster foam is characterized by the following properties:
