Safety shoe ZENIT EVO Boa® ESD

The Jalas ZENIT EVO Boa® ESD safety shoe combines advanced technology and comfort in a highly functional footwear. Available in sizes 35 to 48, this model features a seamless textile upper and an innovative Boa® quick-release system that ensures easy handling and a secure fit. The aluminum toe cap and the ultra-thin, flexible penetration protection comply with the EN ISO 20345:2011 S1P SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards, making the shoe ideal for work environments with electrical hazards.
The shoe's insole, the FX2 Supreme, is replaceable and offers shock absorption and ergonomic comfort through its multi-layer construction, including Neo Foam and PORON® XRD™. Additionally, a stabilization brace supports foot stability. Weighing 585 g in size 42 and with a standard width, the shoe is both lightweight and comfortable. Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BOA® Fit System
The BOA® Fit System consists of three essential components: a finely adjustable twist lock, a lightweight yet extremely strong rope and low-friction rope guides. All BOA® Fit systems enable a precise fit quickly and effortlessly and come with the BOA® guarantee.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
