Professional shoe ESD 1 Sport nc
The Uvex ESD 1 Sport nc professional shoe is a high-quality low shoe, designed specifically for professional use. The upper material is made of robust textile in black and white, and the PU/PU outsole offers excellent slip resistance (SRC) as well as oil and gasoline resistance. This model is certified according to EN ISO 20347:2012 O1 SRC FO and DIN EN 61340-5-1, qualifying the shoe for electrostatically sensitive areas.
The shoes are available in sizes 35 to 52 and support orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191. The cushioning comfort insole is replaceable, providing additional comfort and adaptability. Weighing just 425 g in size 42 and with the option to obtain special widths upon request, this shoe is suitable for a wide range of foot widths and shapes.
The shoes are designed unisex and feature a practical lace-up closure. Please note that this model is being phased out, and the UX-65938 model is recommended as an alternative.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Work shoe class O1
Shoes without a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
