The uvex 1 x-craft ESD safety shoe in black/green is specially designed for chrome allergy sufferers and combines functionality with modern design. This low shoe offers optimal comfort and durability through its x-dry knit upper material and the breathable mesh lining. The metal-free plastic toe cap and the overcap provide high protection, while the TPU outsole and the PU midsole offer excellent cushioning and slip resistance according to the standard EN ISO 20345 S1PL SR FO.The shoe is available in sizes from 35 to 52 and meets the requirements of DIN EN 61340-5-1. The insole is replaceable, allowing for additional hygiene and adaptability. The quick-release makes it easy to put on and take off quickly. Weighing just 452 g in size 42, this shoe is particularly lightweight and reduces fatigue during prolonged wear. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1PL
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 4.5 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Overcap
The toe cap is usually made of plastic material (e.g. PU or TPU) and is firmly attached to the shoe. It protects the front area of a work shoe from premature wear and thus extends the service life of the safety shoe.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
uvex xenova® system
The high-performance, completely metal-free uvex xenova® system is used to protect the foot in the safety shoe. The protective toe cap fits perfectly and guarantees special comfort when working on the knees and bumping. The flexible, penetration-resistant midsole fits exactly to the insole in its width, does not act as a cold bridge and thus promotes comfort when worn.
